Venn creator Tyler Benner recently joined Missy Graff Ballone on the Wellness for Makers podcast. Missy was originally trained as a fine artist and experienced her body breaking down while creating her art. After realized all her friends and colleagues were struggling with the same issues and she had a special knack for diagnosing and assisting in their common ailments, Missy created the Wellness for Makers podcast.

Missy and Tyler share the simple ethos that modern office culture is overly sedentary. By incorporating the challenge of balance and varying your posture throughout the day you can greatly improve your wellbeing and mental acuity.

Tyler inspires us to transition and reconnect to our wellness practice; urging us to move more often and to introduce variability to our daily movements. He even compares this transformation of a wellness practice to a piece of artwork, pointing out that there is no shortcut but that the patience and effort put in is worth it for the end result.
